Central African President Francois Bozize Yangouvonda and his entourage on May 21 visited the southern province of Binh Duong as part of his official visit to Vietnam.

Meeting with Binh Duong leaders, he expressed admiration for the dynamic growth of province, which boasts 28 industrial parks and has attracted 1,842 projects from 40 countries and territories so far.

President Yangouvonda said his country has great demands for industrial development and is awaiting investors. He affirmed that he would welcome Vietnamese investors, including those from Binh Duong.

Chairman of the Binh Duong provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Hoang Son also pledged to create favourble conditions for enterprises from Central Africa to do business in Binh Duong.

The Central African guests visited the Vietnam-Singapore industrial park and the Lac Canh Dai Nam Van Hien Cultural-Tourism complex.

President Yangouvonda and his entourage later left Vietnam.
