Visiting Minister of Posts and Telecommunications So Khun was speaking at a meeting with Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung in Hanoi on September 27. 

For his part, PM Dung hailed the effective cooperation between the two countries’ ministries, expressing his hope for continued collaboration on human resources training and the legislative framework required to manage and develop the IT sector. 

He also thanked Minister Khun for the preferential conditions offered to Vietnam’s military-run Viettel Group which is currently investing in Cambodia’s telecommunications networks.
