Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen on October 19 sent a message of sympathy to his Vietnamese counterpart Nguyen Tan Dung over human and property losses caused by recent floods.
The Cambodian Government also decided to provide Vietnam with US$50,000 to help overcome the consequences of the disaster.
