The draft collection, which comprises four parts divided into 10 chapters, was assessed as “Excellent”. It features the entire process of the establishment and development of Vietnam-Laos special relations, as well as fundamental issues in each field of the bilateral relations.
The research project affirms the Vietnam-Laos special relationship is the two nations’ most valuable asset and rule to gain victory throughout their revolutionary processes.
Regarding future bilateral relations, the compilers recommended Vietnam and Laos uphold and develop their ties to a new level amid the rapid and deeper globalization and international economic integration.
The two countries should carry out signed cooperation programmes, build a new cooperation strategy for the years to come and step up education on the Vietnam-Laos time-honoured relationship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation, the compilers noted.
