A delegation of the Belorussian Interior Ministry headed by Minister Naumov Vladimir began a five-day official visit to Vietnam on January 25 at the invitation of Public Security Minister General Le Hong Anh.

During their talks on January 25, the two ministers informed each other of the socio-economic situation, security and social order in their respective countries in recent times and exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual concern.

They affirmed potential cooperation in fighting crime, especially organised and trans-national crime, international terrorism and drug trading.


The two sides agreed that law executing agencies of the two countries need to actively expand their cooperation as the world situation is undergoing complicated developments.
They signed a cooperation plan between the two ministries.
