Meeting with leaders of HCM city, PM Mikhail Myasnikovich expressed his delight at the active development and socio-economic achievements of the city in particular and of Vietnam in general.

He said Belarus always considers Vietnam a strategic partner in Southeast Asia and expressed his belief that this visit will open up new opportunities for the two countries to boost cooperation in trade, investment and many other fields.

He said Belarus will create favourable conditions for Vietnamese businesses to invest in a trade complex in Minsk city.

Chairman of the HCM City People’s Committee Le Hoang Quan said that the city will try its best to boost the traditional friendship and comprehensive cooperation, firstly in education and business between HCM City and Minsk, as well as between the two countries.
