At the meeting, Dietrich briefed Gen. Duc on the results of the ODA15 medical project jointly implemented by Vamed Engineering and the Military Medical Department.
Between 2004 and 2012, the ODA15 project has provided military hospitals with equipment to facilitate visual diagnoses, surgeries and recovery from operations.
The Austrian CEO thanked the Defense Ministry for creating favourable conditions for his company to successfully carry out the project.
For his part, Gen. Duc praised the project’s achievements, which he said have helped develop and improve the quality of diagnoses, treatment, scientific research and training for Vietnamese military hospitals.
He confirmed his support to the project’s targets and said he hopes the company will continue providing assistance for the Military Medical Department to implement the ODA15 project on schedule.
