Speaking at the meeting, President of the Association of Vietnamese Women in Malaysia Pham Kim Thanh expressed her hope that ASEAN women in Malaysia will further contribute to boosting solidarity among women in particular, and among the people of ASEAN in general to build an ASEAN Community of peace, stability and prosperity.

The participants in the meeting shared experiences in their work and lives in Malaysia.
The Association of ASEAN Women in Malaysia regularly holds cultural and sports exchanges to boost solidarity in the region and actively takes part in charitable campaigns to help ASEAN member countries suffering natural disasters and epidemics.
