Under Article 73, working people will annually have one more national holiday to celebrate Hung King’s death anniversary (the 10th day of the third lunar month) while still enjoying full salary. Therefore, the total number of national holidays will be 9 days.

Amendments and supplements to some articles of the NA Organisation Law propose establishing a number of committees based on the NA Committee of Legal Affairs and the NA Committee of Economics and Budget.

The establishment of these committees aims to effectively implement the Anti-Corruption Law and the State Budget Law with a view to renewing the organisation structure and operation of NA agencies and defining personnel composition for the election of deputies to the 12^th NA.
