During his visit to VOV bureau, Mr Binh expressed his appreciation for its achievements last year, which have helped to further promote relations between Vietnam and Japan. He asked VOV correspondents to closely cooperate with the Vietnamese Embassy to report on news and future activities between the two countries in Japan.

At a meeting Vietnam Airlines staff, ambassador Binh praised the aviation sector as well as the office’s efforts to reach still greater turnover despite the impact of the global economic downturn.

In a visit to the representative office of the Hanoi municipal People’s Committee in Tokyo, Mr Binh said he hoped to see more and more offices of Vietnamese provinces and cities set up in Japan as part of the constant development of bilateral relations at all levels.
