Participating in the course are cadres of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party who are trained and experienced in management.

They will be provided with knowledge of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thoughts, and the management experience of the Vietnamese Communist Party.

They will also be updated with information on management science and the humanities to improve their leadership capacity.

Addressing the opening of the course, Academy Director Ta Ngoc Tan pledged to create the best possible conditions for the Lao learners during the course.
