Son Doong Cave looks like it’s on another planet

(VOV) - US newspaper CnTraveller has cited Son Doong Cave in Vietnam’s central QuangBinh province among the world’s top 15 Places that look like they’re on Another Planet.

Vietnam's Son Doong Cave, the largest cave in the world, could hold an entire city block of Manhattan—including 40-story skyscrapers. It has its own lush vegetation where sunlight filters in from sinkholes above, and clouds even form near the ceiling when moisture condenses there. |
