Typhoon devastation in central Vietnam

(VOV) - Typhoon Wutip, packing winds of more than 120kmh, wreaked havoc on central coastal provinces on September 30.
Initial reports show three people were killed in Quang Binh, one remains missing in Ha Tinh, 31 people were injured, thousands of houses were damaged, and thousands of hectares of food and subsidiary crops were submerged.
Wutip, accompanied with heavy rains, caused water river levels in the central region to rise quickly, flooding large parts of low-lying areas in the region.
