Torrential rains submerge low lying streets in HCM City
(VOV) -Storms rolled across the Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan area on October 1 with heavy rains overwhelming the city’s storm drainage system turning the streets into ponds, resulting in traffic gridlock and stranded motorbikes.
