According to Professor Hoang Dao Kinh, Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Architects, the reproducer paid much attention to the kitchen which is most important to a Vietnamese house. The exhibits include pots, pans, bowls, plates, a cupboard and also popular dishes of Hanoians at that time. |
