Kites soar over Hue skies
(VOV) - Hundreds of people gathered in the former imperial city Hue on April 13 to enjoy a good old fashioned kite fly and the thrill of watching kites dive, careen, twirl and spin through the sky.
They came from all three regions of Vietnam – north, central and south – to partake in the 8th Annual Kite Festival.
