As many as 67 arts troupes from 38 countries and territories will join Vietnamese artists at the event, the largest of its kind so far, scheduled for April 12-20.
The province has mobilised all resources in the hope the festival will be a great success, leaving fine impressions on participating countries and foreign visitors.
