Hue City bracing for Typhoon Nari
(VOV) - Hue City is striving to cope with typhoon Nari with its windforce much stronger than the previous storm Wutip.
Heavy rains on the night of October 14 caused flooding in some streets, and strong winds on the morning of October 15 uprooted many green trees.
Local residents were seen lining up outside food stores in the pouring rain.
