(VOV) - Many workers in Hanoi are struggling hard to earn a living although outside temperatures rise to more than 40 degrees Celsius.
The capital city of Hanoi has just experienced its hottest summer over the past 30 years, with outside temperatures sometimes reaching a high of 44-45 degrees Celsius during daytime.
While everybody wants to stay indoors to avoid sunstroke, many people have to work in the scorching sun to make ends meet.
