Cold front hits Hanoi

VOV.VN - Locals around Hanoi are bracing for a cold spell accompanied by scattered rainfall, bringing the temperature down to a chilly 19 degrees Celsius. 

Under the influence of the cold front, temperatures in the capital city dropped to 19 degrees Celsius on October 16.

After two days of nice weather, many people were unprepared for the cold, wearing thin clothes in the early morning.
