(VOV) - Heavy rains accompanied by strong winds on June 4 brought down many big trees in Hanoi, causing traffic disruption and a power outage in a number of areas in the capital city.
An uprooted tree fell down on a moving taxi on Hung Vuong road, killing the driver and injuring two passengers.
Clean-up efforts were intensified on June 5 when the Hanoi Green Trees-Park Limited Company mobilised its employees to clear broken trees on streets.
