Vietnam''s sole joint stock air carrier, Pacific Airlines, will offer online booking service early next year in a bid to lure more customers, said airline Director Luong Hoai Nam.

"The company will begin its online booking service early next year and keep the price of a return ticket on the Hanoi-Ho Chi Minh City route stable at VND2.7 million," he said.

The Director also announced two telephone numbers via which customers can book flights and buy tickets - 9550550 for Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and 0511.583583 for Da Nang City.

He said his firm will continue providing preferential treatments to regular customers, including presenting them with tickets, giving them priorities in airport formalities and exempting them from fees on excess baggage.
