The event, which is part of the 2011 Sea Festival, is organised by Khanh Hoa Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and sponsored by the Yamaha Motor Vietnam Co. Ltd.

Ten teams from Khanh Hoa and Ninh Thuan provinces and Hoi An city have registered to take part in the competition, said the organising board.   

There will be a first prize of VND20 million.
