During the "We are the Vietnamese children” show, the image of President Ho Chi Minh is evoked through the journey of a child stepping out of a fairytale world, growing in consciousness, and singing a familiar song.

The fashion show opens with a popular song “Ai yêu Bác Hồ Chí Minh hơn thiếu niên nhi đồng” (Who loves Uncle Ho more than children). It aims to convey the spirit to President Ho Chi Minh, and national pride of the young generation of Vietnam.

It is the first time the show has featured “Five Things Uncle Ho Taught Children” as background music, highlighting Vietnamese values of diligence, discipline and solidarity through the child models’ performances on stage.

The designer continues to tell about Vietnamese culture through three unique collections, representing three regions of Vietnam.

The three collections reflect the journey of the younger generation, from awareness to pride and a desire to share their national heritage with the world.

"It’s not only a fashion show but also a cultural project, helping foreign friends understand more about Vietnamese culture," says designer Vu Lan Anh.

The fashion show marks a new direction for Vietnamese fashion on the international stage, where cultural identity extends beyond the Áo dài (traditional long dress) and brocade patterns to include memories and spiritual values.
