The site bustles full of coffee shops and eateries catering to all demographics, especially young people. However, the Prime Minister’s Directive 16 has emptied the place of its typical crowds.

This marks the second time that the southern city has been forced to impose a widespread campaign under strict measures. The first was a 22-day period in early April last year which was done with 11 other localities.
