VOV.VN - All deputies, staff as well as reporters attending the last session of the 14th National Assembly had samples taken to test for the SARS-CoV-2 virus in Hanoi on March 22.
As part of the event, all participants are required to complete novel coronavirus (COVID-19) tests before attending the session due to begin on March 24.
Healthcare workers note down the details and information of all people as they have samples taken for COVID-19 testing.
The testing process is carried out in many locations throughout the capital, with tests for the media staff taking place on 35 Ngo Quyen street.
A series of codes help to ensure that the exact results and information of individuals are kept secret during testing.
Samples are taken from a reporter ahead of the 11th session of the NA’s 14th tenure.
Delegates test for COVID-19 at the NA Building in Ba Dinh district of Hanoi.
In centrally-run cities and provinces, delegates have their COVID-19 tests carried out by local healthcare workers.
Following the 13th National Party Congress, this marks the second time that NA delegates, reporters, and staff are tested for the SARS-CoV-2 virus as part of strict COVID-19 prevention and control measures.
Only delegates, reporters, and staff who test negative for COVID-19 are permitted to participate in the legislative session due to last for 12 days.
