NA Chairman Tran Thanh Man attends 10th National Buddhist Congress
VOV.VN - Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man attended the opening of the 10th National Buddhist Congress for the 2026-2031 tenure under the motto: Discipline - Innovation - Effectiveness -Efficiency, which officially opened on November 7 at the Vietnam Buddhist Academy in Ho Chi Minh City.
Those in attendance at the congress were former President Truong Tan Sang; former Standing Member of the Secretariat, General Le Hong Anh; Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai; current and former leaders of the Party, State, and Vietnam Fatherland Front; leaders of National Assembly agencies, central ministries, departments, and sectors; alongside leaders of Ho Chi Minh City and several localities.
