DIV awards consulting contract to PwC
(VOV) - The Deposit Insurance of Vietnam (DIV) on December 14 signed a contract with PricewaterhouseCoopers Co Ltd (PwC) to provide consulting in connection with the Financial Sector Modernization and Information Management System (FSMIMS) project.
“Recent financial crises in the region and the world have underscored the need to develop the DIV into a strong and stable financial institution,” said Chairman Nguyen Quang Huy of DIV at the signing ceremony.
With funding sourced from the World Bank, the FSMIMS project has helped improve the management information system, providing more assurance of a strong and safe banking system and strengthened management skills.
