HCM City took third place in the list of Asian cities with the lowest daily subsistence expenses for foreigners, according to a survey recently announced by ECA International for human resources.

The survey was conducted in 250 locations worldwide on the basis of 125 commodities and services, including food, vegetables, liquor, clothes, electrical devices, cars and restaurants.

Hanoi placed in the 8th position of the list of 39 Asian big cities.
