VinFast expands post-sales service in Netherlands through strategic partnership

Vietnamese electric vehicle maker VinFast has announced a strategic partnership with LKQ Netherlands to expand its post-sales and maintenance service network across the Netherlands.

Effective from early May, VinFast vehicle owners in the country can now access services at nine workshops, with plans to expand to LKQ Netherlands’ full network of 260 service centres. These facilities offer warranty repairs, high-voltage system maintenance, tire services, and general upkeep for models such as the VF 6, VF 8, and future releases.

The partnership also includes regular parts delivery up to five times a day to minimise repair wait times, as well as technician training through LKQ’s Automotive Academy to ensure proficiency in the latest EV technologies.

VinFast’s European CEO Le Thi Thu Trang emphasised the collaboration as a key step in the company’s long-term commitment to providing reliable, accessible EV service in Europe.

LKQ Netherlands’ Managing Director Ewoud Lubbers affirmed the company’s readiness to support VinFast with its established network and technical expertise.

The partnership is seen as a foundation for VinFast’s sustainable growth in Europe, supporting green transition efforts and the broader adoption of zero-emission vehicles.
