Present at the function were Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Kien, Chairman of the Government Office Nguyen Xuan Phuc, and representatives of central ministries, departments and businesses.  

The award winners included 63 businessmen and 122 businesses selected from over 550 profiles sent to the organising board from localities nationwide. They were credited for overcoming challenges to stabilise production, ensuring jobs and incomes for labourers, accomplishing their business tasks, and performing their duties to the State, as well as in charity activities.

Addressing the ceremony, NA Vice Chairman Kien expressed his hope that the small and medium-sized enterprises would bring into full play the strength of the whole community to contribute more to the country’s socio-economic development.
