Vietnam now has 97 cement production lines with a total design capacity of 57.4 million tonnes, according to general director of the Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation, under the Ministry of Construction.
Thirteen new lines will be put into operation this year to produce an additional amount of 11.7 million tonnes.
According to plan, Vietnam will export 1 million tonnes of cement by the end of this year.
