Vietnam Airlines launches first-ever Check-in Lounge in Vietnam

National flag carrier Vietnam Airlines officially introduced its Check-in Lounge service on October 15 at Terminal T3 of Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City, the first of its kind in Vietnam, designed exclusively for high-class passengers.

The Check-in Lounge offers a private and luxurious space for completing flight procedures, catering to VIPs, CIP passengers, Million Miler members, Lotusmiles Platinum members, and business-class travellers.

Covering an area of more than 270 sq.m, the lounge is located near the first entrance of Terminal T3. It features six dedicated check-in counters and nearly 40 seats, providing comfort and privacy for guests. Unlike traditional priority counters, passengers at the Check-in Lounge do not need to queue. A team of professional staff members handle the entire check-in process and provides personalised assistance based on each customer’s needs.

Vietnam Airlines said the new service not only saves time but also enhances the five-star travel experience. The Check-in Lounge is a step forward in bringing ground services in Vietnam closer to international aviation standards.

The carrier emphasised that the introduction of the Check-in Lounge marks a significant milestone in redefining customer experience, offering passengers world-class convenience from the moment they arrive at the airport.
