The Securities Depository Centre has reported that more than 1,239 foreign investors were granted trade codes in the second quarter of this year. They included 112 organisations and 1,127 individual investors.
As of June 2, there had been 712 organisations and 10,347 individual investors getting trading codes at the centre.
By March 3, there had been 600 organisations and 9,220 individual foreign investors.
In January 2008 alone, 35 organisations and 399 individual investors were issued with trade codes for the Vietnam stock market./.
