The fair will be co-organised by the Hai Phong Department of Industry and Trade and the Local Industrial Department under the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT). There will be 400 stalls, showcasing rural industrial products from 29 northern provinces and cities, introducing modern techniques and providing consulting services for rural industrial development.

The fair will provide businesses with opportunities to share experiences in promoting trademarks and products, applying new technology to improve quality and expanding markets in the international integration process. Through the fair, the MoIT, provinces and cities will choose outstanding rural industrial products for promoting trade.
