Reference exchange rate down VND3
The State Bank of Vietnam set its reference VND/USD exchange rate at VND22,467/USD on the morning of October 26, down by VND3 from the day ago.

With the current +/- 3% VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is VND23,141 per USD and the floor rate is VND21,793 per USD.
Major commercial banks kept their rates stable.
Vietcombank and Vietinbank set VND22,685 (buying) and VND22,755 (selling) per USD, unchanged from October 25.
BIDV offered its buying rate at VND22,690 and selling rate at VND22,760 per USD, also the same compared to the previous day.
