Seventy-five percent of the equitised corporation’s charter capital will be held by the State and its members will be managed by its President-cum-General Director in the form of corporation.

Petrolimex’s value has been assessed since Janaury 1, 2010.

The concrete equitisation scheme will be devised by the ministry’s enterprise development and reform committee and Petrolimex’s equitisation steering committee.
