Over 800 firms join int’l machinery - technology exhibition series in HCM City
VOV.VN - A series of international machinery and technology expos is underway in Ho Chi Minh City from November 27 to 29, attracting over 800 domestic and foreign enterprises from more than 15 countries around the world.
The major events include the 22th International Exhibition on Industrial Machinery, Equipment, Technology and Products (VINAMAC EXPO 2025), the 21st Vietnam International Chemical Industry Exhibition (VINACHEM EXPO 2025); and the 33rd Vietnam International Medical and Pharmaceutical Exhibition (Vietnam Medi-Pharm 2025).
The exhibitions aim to introduce new technological trends and enhance trade promotion activities, helping Vietnamese and international businesses expand cooperation beyond traditional channels. Exhibitors are encouraged to leverage advanced technological platforms and solutions to boost competitiveness and create higher-value business opportunities.
This year’s exhibitions span 1,050 booths showcasing enterprises from India, Israel, Finland, Taiwan (China), the Republic of Korea, Russia, Laos, Malaysia, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, China and Vietnam, among others. Products are grouped into three main categories: machinery, equipment, and industrial technology; chemicals, agrochemicals, rubber, adhesives, paints, and coating materials; and medical equipment, machinery, and supplies.
A variety of supporting activities are also taking place, such as business matching programmes, supply–demand connection sessions, and networking sessions aimed at helping enterprises identify potential partners, distributors, and market insights. Seminars and specialised conferences are being held to increase the added value and global competitiveness of Ho Chi Minh City businesses.
The exhibitions are organised by the Vietnam Advertisement and Fair Exhibition JSC (VIETFAIR) in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Centre for Supporting and Enterprise Development (CSED), the Ho Chi Minh City Automation Association (HAuA), the Ho Chi Minh City Mechanical and Electrical Enterprises Association (HAMEE) and the Ho Chi Minh City Welding Engineering Association (HAWELD).
