Over 180 suppliers participate in Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025
VOV.VN - More than 180 foreign suppliers from 24 countries gathered at Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 on March 18 to explore cooperation opportunities with Vietnamese importers and distributors in the food and beverage (F&B) sector.

The event serves as a platform for Vietnam’s F&B community, including restaurants and hotels, to stay updated on industry trends while celebrating outstanding organizations, brands, and individuals. It also aims to nurture young talents through various competitions and recognition programs.
Key highlights include the third Hanoi Talent Chef Competition 2025, the Vietnam Barista Competition (VBC), and the Vietnam Aromaster Championship (VAC). Notably, the Asia’s Excellent Taste Awards 2025, the first internationally certified culinary award held in Vietnam—will be a major attraction within the exhibition.
The event also features a series of seminars covering topics such as optimizing hotel operating costs, leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance customer experiences, and developing new F&B business models that integrate traditional culture with technology.
According to Annie Tran, Senior Event Manager at Informa Markets Vietnam, the exhibition takes place as Vietnam enters a "Rising Era," marked by strong growth in the F&B and hospitality sectors. With a significant number of international exhibitors, the event promises to provide a unique platform for trade and cultural exchange in the Vietnamese market.
