The Vietnam Oil and Gas Corp (PetroVietnam) inaugurated the Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Company in the southern province of Binh Duong on June 9.
At the ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai noted that Binh Son company will play an important role in ensuring the Dung Quat oil refinery plant operate safely and effectively.
The company will also provide services for both domestic and foreign investors involved in oil and petrochemical projects.
The one-member limited liability company, which has a registered capital of VND30 billion from the PetroVietnam, operates in a wide range of business, including trading and distributing oil and petrochemical products and supplying tools and materials for the oil and petrochemical industry.
