MobiFone won the most popular mobile network award for the fifth consecutive years. In addition, it also bagged the award for the best customer service network.

Retailer World of Mobile Phones brought home all three awards: the most reliable mobile phone retailer, the best customer care and support service mobile phone retailer, and the mobile phone retailer with the most diversified products.

The award for the most popular mobile phone manufacturer went to Nokia.

Among other titles, the organisers presented the awards to VinaPhone for its most promising 3G (third-generation) service, Beeline for its most attractive package, and Viettel for its most well-known brand name.
