Many foreign firms engage in 2024 Hanoi Supporting Industry Fair
VOV.VN - The 2024 Hanoi Supporting Industry Fair opened on September 18 in Hanoi, with the event attracting the participation of numerous foreign enterprises from large corporations in Japan, China, Thailand, and Malaysia.
On display across the 250 booths at the event were a range of high-quality products in the supporting industry sectors such as components, spare parts, manufacturing, precision machining products, and industrial machines of all types.
Nguyen Kieu Oanh, deputy director in charge of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, said that through the fair, local enterprises will seize upon opportunities to introduce their product brands, ramp up trade and export promotion activities, enhance their capacity to further participate in the supply chain in the city’s economic zone, as well as global supply chains of multinational corporations in the region and the world.
In particular, nearly 40 domestic and foreign purchasers will join both direct and online sessions to strengthen trade connectivity, sigh contracts, and conduct a number of transactions at the fair.
The event is scheduled to run until September 20.
