Manulife Vietnam named among Asia’s best companies to work for in 2025
Manulife Vietnam Ltd has been honoured by HR Asia magazine as one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2025”, marking the seventh consecutive year the insurer has earned a spot on the list.

The HR Asia Awards is an annual event organised by HR Asia to honour enterprises with outstanding human resources policies, attractive benefits, and leading workplace environments in the region. This year’s awards, themed “Multi-Generation Synergy”, attracted nominations from 119 companies. The evaluation process was based on the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM), combined with in-depth interviews, ensuring objectivity and adherence to the awards' strict criteria.
According to HR Asia, Manulife Vietnam stood out for its consistent long-term HR strategy, stating that the company not only focuses on employee benefits but also fosters an open, collaborative, and innovative workplace culture. Its initiatives promoting intergenerational connections, encouraging internal innovation, and nurturing young talent have reinforced its position as one of the top workplaces in the region.
Among Manulife Vietnam’s flagship programmes are Manulife Future Leaders, which attracts thousands of young applicants each year; the Vietnam EBF Hackathon 2025, designed to stimulate in-house creativity; and the M-Club model, offering employees sports and recreational activities after work hours.
The firm also maintains a range of engagement and personal development activities such as Family Fun Day, Pursuit Learning Week, and Fuel-up Friday – a monthly series aimed at boosting morale and energy across the workforce.
