The 120-ha urban area, which will accommodate villas and garden houses in addition to clinics, schools and recreational parks, is the largest project of its kind in the Central Highlands in terms of both investment capital and scale.

The same day, VK Highlands also broke the ground on a VND450 billion trading centre, a VND100 billion housing area and two gates of the city.

The above-mentioned projects are scheduled for completion by 2012.
