Around 54 businesses have won the prestigious awards for 14 successive years and 204 of their products have won Best Product Awards. 136 businesses operating in 10 service sectors received Best Service Awards.

The choice was made based on a consumer survey in 2009 using the data from end users, distribution networks, business records and evaluations by administrative agencies.
