HCM City to host eighth Hospitality Vietnam Conference in mid-April

VOV.VN - More than 500 guests and 80 speakers, including experts from various fields such as interior design, financial technology, real estate development, and hotel management, are expected to participate in the eighth Hospitality Vietnam Conference (HVC2025) to be held in Ho Chi Minh City on April 15 - 16.

The conference will explore dynamic changes and emerging trends that shape Vietnam’s hospitality industry, as the country continues to rise as a leading tourism destination in Southeast Asia.

It will focus on three major topics - hotel investment, hotel design, and hotel revenue, as well as issues related to the optimisation of operations, combination of Food and Beverage (F&B) and hotels, human resource management, and marketing innovations.

HVC2025 provides an ideal venue for experts to strengthen connectivity, devise orientations for the hospitality industry in Vietnam, as well as exploring new trends and promoting sustainable development of the sector, said Gloria Wong, founder and CEO of Hospitality Asia.

Vietnam represents a potential market and this is the time for the hospitality industry to make further innovations whilst embracing differences, she added.

HVC2025 is part of the Hospitality Asia Event Series organised by Hospitality Asia Media Pte. Ltd, aiming to ramp up cooperation, share knowledge, and make innovations in the tourism and hospitality industry in Asia.

Vietnam welcomed 17.5 million international visitors last year, up 39.5% compared to the previous year, thanks to a flexible visa policy and effective tourism promotion activities.

The local tourism industry aims to receive between 22 million and 23 million international visitors this year.
