Hanoi to host Vietnam Private Sector Forum 2025
VOV.VN - Eight years after its inaugural edition, the Vietnam Private Sector Forum 2025 (VPSF 2025), a national-level policy and action platform, will officially return to Hanoi on September 15-16, aimed at advancing the role of the private sector in the national economy.

This event, organized by the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs’ Association (VYEA), marks a pivotal milestone in the ongoing journey to foster the growth of the private sector, which is recognised as the key driver of Vietnam’s sustainable economic development.
This year’s forum will bring together leaders of the Government, central and local ministries and agencies, along with more than 1,500 entrepreneurs, economists, and international organizations. Their presence underscores the strong attention and shared commitment of all stakeholders to fostering a favorable, transparent, and efficient business environment.
The agenda features two main sessions, including the Ministerial Dialogue and the High-Level Plenary Session. These discussions will focus on key thematic areas, such as science and technology, innovations, strategic spearheads.
In the lead-up to the forum, from July 9 to August 31, a total of 12 local-level dialogue sessions were also held, attracting the participation of more than 5,000 entrepreneurs. These discussions generated over 3,000 recommendations, which have been consolidated into 200 concrete proposals focusing on four key thematic groups. These proposals reflect the concerns, expectations and innovative ideas drawn from real-world business practice.
All the sessions will be broadcast live on VTVgo, giving enterprises a platform to be heard and creating a meaningful bridge between the business community and the government.
