The exhibition is jointly organized by the Vietnam Elevator Association (VNEA) and the Vietnam National Trade Fair and Advertising Company (Vinexad), aiming to standardise the industry and expand the industrial-construction ecosystem. It is considered a key trade promotion event for elevators, escalators and supporting industries in Vietnam.

According to Vinexad, hosting the expo in Hanoi for the first time marks a step forward in expanding its scale and strengthening connectivity in northern Vietnam.

Notably, Vietnam Elevator Expo 2026 will take place alongside the 35th Vietnam Expo in Hanoi and the Vietnam Hardware & Hand Tools Expo 2026, forming a large-scale exhibition ecosystem that connects multiple sectors, including industry, construction, mechanical engineering and technical equipment.

This synergy is expected to broaden business opportunities for elevator companies while strengthening value chain linkages with related sectors such as industrial equipment, construction materials and smart building solutions.

A highlight of the event is a thematic seminar on integrating art into elevator design, introducing a new approach that blends traditional lacquer art with functionality and user experience.

The exhibition will also feature a cooperation announcement between the Vietnam Institute of Lift Engineering Application (VILEA) and Germany’s INTEC GmbH, focusing on developing elevator control solutions that meet European standards while adapting to local operating conditions.

Leading German elevator brands such as INTEC GmbH, Ziehl-Abegg and Wittur are expected to participate. VILEA will also showcase a technology simulation system developed through international collaboration, throughout the event.

Vietnam Elevator Expo 2026 is set to serve as a key platform for innovation, technology transfer and industry standards. The event also aims to contribute to shaping the future of modern architecture, where technology and aesthetics go hand in hand.

Largest Vietnamese elevator international expo slated for December
