GSM launches first green electric taxi service in the Philippines
VOV.VN - Green and Smart Mobility (GSM) JSC, Vietnam’s all-electric mobility service provider officially launched its Green GSM electric taxi service in the Philippines on June 10, becoming the first-ever electric taxi brand in the country.
Green GSM is beginning operations in 10 out of 16 cities and areas across Metro Manila, the economic, political, and cultural hub of the Philippines, that is home to more than 13 million people. The entire fleet uses the modern, eco-friendly VinFast Nerio Green electric vehicles, known for their smooth and quiet performance.
The fleet’s signature teal colour combines green and blue, reflecting Green GSM's commitment to promoting a modern, environmentally harmonious lifestyle.
Green GSM operates according to international standards, committed to delivering 5-star service with a team of professionally trained drivers, emphasising skills, conduct, and road safety.
All vehicles are equipped with the Secure to Safe (S2S) monitoring system, built on three core values of proactive monitoring and risk control; ensuring peace of mind for all passengers, and leveraging AI technology to enhance operational efficiency and data transparency.
Delivering the message “Hello Philippines: Move Forward the Green Way”, Green GSM aspires to become a new symbol of sustainable urban living in the Philippines where commuting is not only convenient, but also contributes to environmental protection and improved urban quality of life.
