The Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Corporation 2 (Vinaconex 2) on January 25 began the construction of Kim Van-Kim Lu (Golden Silk) new urban area in Dai Kim ward, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi with total investment capital of over VND3 trillion.
The construction covers an area of nearly 27 hectares in southwest of the capital. The project, approved by Hanoi Municipal People’s Committee, is scheduled to be completed in 2015.
Upon completion, Golden Silk will provide more than 350,000sq.m of housing. It is planned that Vinaconex 2 will use about 28,373sq.m of land in Golden Silk to build six high-level apartment blocks.
Moreover, nearly 28.500sq.m will be used for building schools.
